Tour de South

My idea for this series of paintings came while sitting in a cafe in Lawrence with my husband, a couple of years ago, discussing amongst other things, the current dairy and sheep farming situation. It was the time of our annual ‘Tour of Southland’ and for a fleeting moment I had a vision of cows and sheep on bikes, and before I knew it the seed was planted!
