International Orders (delivery outside of New Zealand)
All International orders are sent via airmail. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and you should allow 10 -14 days delivery time.
A standard flat rate of NZ$15 per order up to 1.5 kg.
Any goods delivered in an unsatisfactory condition should be signed as such and not accepted. Please inform us and we will arrange for a replacement.
Circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays in the delivery but we will keep you informed if there any any production delays.
Confirmation of Order
We will email you a confirmation of your order and will advise you if there is any delay in dispatch.
No delivery will be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.
Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed 100%. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods to us in original condition within 7 days and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you. Postage will not be refunded. Please make sure that you return your receipt with the goods and the goods are returned unused and in a resaleable condition.
