Sanctuary

This is the story of Leo Scully, a New Zealand artist, and Kassia Pasternak, a Polish concert musician, on their climb to global success and acclaim.
Their adventures begin in the aftermath of the Second World War and Germany’s invasion of Poland, culminating in the present day in New Zealand, where they find solace and asylum on a remote island in the Hauraki Gulf.
Sanctuary is an epic novel. It speaks directly to the human condition and confronts the deepest questions of what it means to be human. It illustrate how art and music have the power to overcome adversity.
