What A Life

What a life. At the age of 85, Rex has many hunting, fishing and flying stories to share with his reader. Growing up on a large farm, it became necessary to generate a large proportion of their food requirements from the land.

Rabbits, wild pork, venison and eels were welcome fair. Wild ducks, pheasants and trout in season, were considered a real treat. It was therefore not surprising he developed a love for the New Zealand bush.

Well written and entertaining, Rex’s book offers a great account of a Kiwi man’s adventures with his mates.
