There is a saying amongst the steam punk fraternity which describes the era in which this is based – The future as it used to be. It revolves around a young girl, Rosemary, and her quest to rebuild and fly in a bubble machine. To visit an old friend, whom she has often seen but never met. A time when cloud drivers were the heroes because they controlled the weather, and where steam remains king.
