Memoirs of Crystal Brook

It is I, Grace Anne Woodford, telling you memories of my life in Murchison where I had four of my six children, the last two being born after moving to Hope. I am now nearly 86 years old, and am living in Hope at Overton House on Aniseed Valley Road, where I have lived since 1946. The reason I began to tell these stories was because Murchison museum has been asking for stories about Murchison for several years. When they first asked, I couldn’t have faced up to it, but since taking nectar ease about two years ago, my memory has come flooding back, and all of these stories are quite clear in my head.
