Jared thinks there’s absolutely nothing worse than being forced to study history at school. That’s until his dad signs him up to learn more about the subject at a local museum.
Finding himself being used as a guinea pig in an experiment that might change him forever, Jared is torn between his disdain for history and the chance to jump feet first into an adventure that could bring the past to life.

Josiah is a 15 year old student at Papamoa College with a love of naval history. For his Year 11 Future Focus project he had to find a problem and fix it. Josiah believed that naval history is underrated and not taught enough so he decided one way to fix this problem was to write a book making naval history interesting for intermediate-aged students.
