Fitting the Profile

When a Detective Sergeant returns to New Zealand after completing a police profiling course she finds that it is not an exact science. She discovers this the hard way when she has to find the murderer of a young girl with a long sharp object. There is no forensic evidence at the crime scene, no murder weapon is found and the only suspect is soon eliminated.

There are also problems on the domestic scene, a relationship that has ‘speed bumps’ and an intruder who leaves suspicious objects.But this detective copes in this murder mystery that has an unexpected ending.
