Bits and Pieces

For about 13 years I have been promising myself that I would write a few pages about my early years to pass on to my family. But there never seemed to be much of any consequence to pass on until I considered the extent of the changes that have taken place during my lifetime.

Apart from the technological advances which would have been unbelievable back in the ’20s and ’30s, what was life like for me and my generation in the “olden days”? I hope this book which spans the period of my life from the early ’20s to the ’50s together with a few short stories and articles to illustrate the more recent years will tell you.
